          Midwest Legacy Seeds LLC was founded in early 2025 . The founder, Kurt, was a 23 year-old who held a degree in Neurobiology, had Finance experience, and had a desire to create something of his own. Kurt also suffered from PTSD, and often found cannabis to be the only effective solution to relieving related symptoms.* Though effective*, the cost of his only legal option in Minnesota, hemp-derived THC edibles, was far too high.

          Kurt attempted to grow his own cannabis as it seemed a more cost-effective solution than the hemp edibles. When he went to purchase his seeds, Kurt was shocked at the cost; almost $15 per seed. Not only were the seeds expensive, he eventually found they had been improperly feminized! The few dastardly male plants that had snuck in pollinated the female plants, and his crop was ruined. 

          It was then, that Midwest Legacy Seeds LLC was founded. It was founded on the belief that access to cannabis should be affordable, safe, and legal.

Our Methods are simple. Grow quality cannabis, quickly, at a low end-cost to the consumer(you). 

          To ensure quality, we use natural substrate to grow our seed & non-seed producing plants, a naturally-derived nutrient solution and never use pesticides. This ensures a healthy, happy, non-harmful seed. 

          For our non-seed bearing plants we spray our STS solution at dosages scientifically-backed to be non-toxic to plants, but still inhibit the action of ethylene effectively. No STS is ever sprayed on seed-producing plants.
